Before you start the exercise activities or task after the vaginal birth or a C-section ensure that you consult your Gynecologist or Obstetrician. Even if you believe that you are ready to perform the exercise task, you must be sure of your preparedness and avoid making a hasty decision that might later lead to more complications.
Consider your fitness level. That doesn’t necessarily mean that you must be at a perfect fitness condition. But you must be able to identify your fitness level and know if you are fit to perform the tasks.
You might be tempted to start with gnarly tasks. But resist this temptation! Though you need to challenge and motivate yourself, endeavor to work at a safe pace so that you don’t complicate things for yourself.
